Job Summary
To enhance customer understanding of the product, the remote Senior Content Specialist will create and manage documentation and product walkthroughs, oversee the knowledge management platform, and collaborate with various teams to improve customer education initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear documentation and product walkthroughs for customer empowerment
- Own and evolve the knowledge management platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Customer Education teams to reduce case volume and enhance content effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creating and managing customer-facing content in a SaaS environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
- Experience using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity
- Proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering timely and relevant information
