Senior Content Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Strategist who will serve as a lead strategist, writer, and consultant within the Strategic Communications practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to HR and benefits leaders, shaping communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Develop comprehensive content strategies and produce high-quality content across various formats
• Lead communication workstreams on large projects, collaborating with internal teams and supporting client editorial calendars

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in content strategy, communications, or related roles; consulting experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits and complex HR topics
• Proven ability to influence and present to senior executives with confidence
• Experience managing large, multi-channel content initiatives with strong project management skills
