Senior Content Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing content program, the remote, 7-month contract Senior Content Strategist will develop and execute content strategies focused on video and interactive formats for either the Restaurant or Small & Medium-Sized Business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences
• Identify compelling content opportunities through research and market insights
• Manage an editorial calendar and produce various content formats, including video podcasts and webinars

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or POS environments
• Strong storytelling, research, and editorial skills across multiple content formats
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content
• Experience with social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
• Familiarity with marketing fundamentals like funnel stages and pipeline influence
