Senior Content Strategist

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of Level's content engine, the full-time Senior Content Strategist will develop editorial strategies, create scalable content systems, and leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content that supports sales and marketing initiatives in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Level's content strategy across various channels, including web content, podcasts, and sales enablement
• Develop and maintain a 90-day content calendar aligned with marketing priorities and sales needs
• Build repeatable workflows and content production systems to enhance efficiency and consistency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of content experience with at least 2 years in a strategic or senior role
• Strong writing skills and editorial judgment for creating compelling narratives
• Experience in developing content strategies and managing editorial calendars
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and optimization
• Project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholder coordination
