Senior Content Writer

Job Summary

Leading content strategy and development, the full-time Senior Content Writer will work remotely to create high-quality, program-specific content for complex proposals, particularly focusing on i-Ready, while mentoring other writers and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive content strategy by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to develop accurate and compelling messaging for RFPs
• Own major content initiatives by curating and refreshing i-Ready content to align with product updates and company standards
• Provide training and mentorship to content writers on proposal style and evidence-based storytelling

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in proposal content development, preferably in K-12 education or publishing
• At least 3 years of experience in the K-12 educational publishing or edtech industry
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with the i-Ready Assessment and Personalized Instruction product suite
• Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and experience with Qvidian is a plus
