Senior Contested Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contested Case Manager to manage and resolve contested mortgage foreclosure cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned contested foreclosure cases with a focus on proactive monitoring and risk identification
• Collaborate with outside counsel to develop litigation strategies and manage the discovery process
• Participate in settlement negotiations and assist in training new and existing staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an Associate's degree with paralegal certification and ten years of related experience
• Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations governing residential mortgage servicing
• Experience in the legal department of a mortgage servicer
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal case management databases and Microsoft Office applications
