Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer, a full-time salaried position, responsible for applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operational performance through data analysis, engineering methodologies, and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• Coach employees on lean principles and facilitate value stream mapping and Kaizen events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in the Transportation or Supply Chain Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience with core engineering and data analysis functions
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology and continuous improvement tools
