Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence, the full-time Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead complex Lean and Six Sigma projects remotely, utilizing statistical tools and methodologies to analyze and improve business processes while mentoring team members and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assess and enhance operating procedures
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
• Deliver training and mentorship on Lean Six Sigma principles to employees at various levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business required
• Black Belt certification required or ability to obtain within one year
• Seven years of business experience with a focus on reengineering and productivity
• Lean Six Sigma experience is mandatory
• Experience in the financial industry is strongly preferred
