Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement and subcontract management, focusing on federal government contracting
  • Manage procurement activities, including performance, change control, quality, cost, and schedule management
  • Conduct market research, prepare/manage pre-award activities, and issue purchase orders while monitoring progress
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Procurement and Contract Management
  • Experience with federal government contracting and client/supplier relations
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and export control requirements
  • Technical background preferred, with experience in purchasing fabricated equipment and IT software
