Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to manage and optimize contract lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and administration of Sirion CLM workflows and templates
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting for contract KPIs and compliance metrics
• Oversee data migration and validation during implementation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or CLM systems preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience with contracting and reporting in healthcare preferred
• Strong analytical and workflow design skills
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and obligation management
