Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To support the efficient management of contracts, the remote Senior Contract Analyst will draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and improve departmental processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, client and vendor services agreements, and related contracts
• Interpret financial, legal, and operational contract terms to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of contract administration or related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a research setting
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and negotiation processes
• Demonstrated change management skills and ability to lead organizational initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and contract management systems
