Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Contract Analyst will negotiate security contracts between clients and vendors, review Non-Disclosure Agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally while representing the company's services with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Develop contract negotiation matrices and respond to vendor contract negotiations
• Review and prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements for signature
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks and adhering to service level agreements

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience reviewing third-party contracts, including cybersecurity requirements
• At least 5 years of experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and exposure to the information security field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
