Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To support contract negotiations in a dynamic cybersecurity environment, the full-time Senior Contract Analyst will develop negotiation matrices, review Non-Disclosure Agreements, and respond to vendor inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop contract negotiation matrices with clients
• Respond to contract negotiations with vendors and review NDAs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client departments

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience reviewing third-party contracts and NDAs
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge and exposure to the information security field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting business needs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience required
