Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the full contract lifecycle, the remote Senior Contract Analyst will draft, review, and negotiate complex pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts while ensuring alignment with business, financial, compliance, and legal objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate complex manufacturer contracts and amendments
• Lead contract negotiations directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers, managing multiple contracts simultaneously
• Partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant contract language

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation experience, including hands-on redlining
• Experience negotiating contract terms with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal and business language
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
