Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Driving payer contracting strategy, the full-time Senior Contract Analyst will perform in-depth contract analytics, manage contract maintenance, and provide analytic support, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the payer relations team to design and interpret analytics for business leaders
• Load, update, and maintain contracts, ensuring accuracy in contract modeling and workflows
• Analyze data to generate business insights and support payer contract negotiations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed care or healthcare environment
• EPIC experience and certification in Hospital and Professional contracts
• Proficiency in ETL and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies for Medicare and commercial insurance
