Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To support contract management and budget oversight, the fully remote Senior Contract & Budget Analyst will prepare and negotiate high-quality customer, site, and vendor contracts while leading negotiation strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate master governing agreements and clinical trial agreements, ensuring timely execution
• Manage complex projects related to contract and budget negotiations, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
• Perform in-depth analyses to support budget development and maintain accurate contract inventory and statuses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
• Minimum one year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials or three years of similar experience
• Advanced knowledge of contract principles and clinical trial agreements, including regulatory considerations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint
