Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To support contract management initiatives, the fully remote Senior Contract & Budget Analyst will prepare and oversee contracts, develop negotiation strategies, and mentor team members, all while managing complex projects related to investigator grants on a four-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate master governing agreements while escalating complex risks as needed
• Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure timely execution to meet study start-up timelines
• Perform in-depth analyses to support budget and contract negotiations, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
• Minimum one year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials or three years of similar experience
• Intermediate advanced knowledge of contract principles and procedures
• Strong negotiation skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving
