Senior Contract Drafter
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Contract Drafter will create and maintain complex reinsurance contract documentation, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality assurance for contract wording while collaborating with brokers, clients, and reinsurers.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and develop reinsurance contracts and related documents in coordination with brokers and clients
- Interpret contracts and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure alignment with negotiation intent
- Provide technical guidance on reinsurance concepts and participate in sales presentations and RFPs
Required qualifications:
- Four Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with reinsurance contracts required
- Extensive MS Word experience and expertise
- Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office products
- Legally authorized to work in the US
