Senior Contract Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Management Analyst to lead contract rate loading and support the team in managing payer contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor contract inventory for accuracy of expected reimbursement and net revenue reflection
• Oversee cross-referencing of payer insurance plan codes to associated payer contracts
• Perform rate modeling and analysis projects, including preparing datasets and validating pricing results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience in contract management/modeling
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables)
• Familiarity with managed care payer contracts and product offerings
• General knowledge of medical reimbursement methodologies and billing procedures
