Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the "Order to Remittance" phase of projects, the full-time Senior Contract Management Specialist will manage commercial issues, customer and supplier relationships, and disputes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non-legal contract issues and relationships during the Order to Remittance phase
• Influence strategy development within the contract management discipline and advise management on key decisions
• Utilize high levels of judgment to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Significant experience in Legal & Contract Management OTR
• Fluency in English and Spanish
