Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Manager - FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, including clinical study agreements and vendor contracts
• Establish processes for site contract management and ensure adherence to company policies
• Provide guidance to business teams on contract terms and manage site contract metrics

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation and management
• Experience leading interactions with institutions across various regions
• Experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts
• Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent is preferred
