Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join the Legal team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for drafting and negotiating customer contractual agreements, maintaining contract templates, and overseeing the contracting process across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and review various contracts, including master service agreements and SaaS agreements, while managing the contract process independently
• Negotiate contracts with clients in collaboration with Sales and Client Success teams
• Monitor contract compliance and conduct audits to ensure adherence to established procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, particularly with Master Service Agreements and SaaS Agreements
• Strong understanding of contracts law and privacy law
• Experience using contract management software and productivity applications such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
