Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary

Supporting project teams on contractual issues, the full-time remote Senior Contract Manager will manage risk mitigation strategies, negotiate claims and change orders, and ensure compliance with contract terms for equipment and turnkey projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage contract change order execution
• Negotiate and obtain insurance claim recoveries while maintaining accurate databases for vendor and insurance recovery
• Draft contractual documents and provide analysis on commercial issues to drive successful resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management or project management in EPC Power Plants
• Experience in claims management and construction claims negotiation
• Ability to travel to project sites in the U.S. and Latin America as needed
• Proficiency in contract reading and writing
