Senior Contract Manager
Job Summary
Managing the preparation and oversight of project agreements, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will work remotely to negotiate terms, facilitate legal reviews, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage a variety of project agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements
- Review and negotiate project agreement terms and conditions while serving as the point of contact for legal reviews
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure compliance and develop payment schedules related to project agreements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or a life science discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- At least 5+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently
