• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on unique legal terms and assist in the implementation of the Contracts Lifecycle Management System
• Maintain contract management documents and ensure timely communication of contract terms to internal partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant contracting and negotiation experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Expert document redline experience required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
