Senior Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Negotiator who will analyze, review, and negotiate agreements for the academic and research community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various research agreements, including Clinical Trial Agreements and Collaboration Agreements
• Partner with departments and research groups to manage complex projects and resolve research-related issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert on research administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of job-related experience
• Knowledge of contracting and governmental regulations
• Experience in managing complex agreements and projects
• Preferred: Juris Doctor (JD) degree or relevant certifications
