Senior Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Negotiator to manage and negotiate complex contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end contract negotiation process for complex technology agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in contract terms and business objectives
• Identify and mitigate legal risks by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract negotiation, focusing on the software technology industry and SaaS agreements
• Strong understanding of US software licensing, SaaS, and technology procurement contracts
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
• Proficiency in contract management software and Google platform
• Experience implementing and operating a Contract Lifecycle Management system (CLM)
