Senior Contract Negotiator
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end negotiation process, the full-time Senior Contract Negotiator will manage redlines, draft contract language, and negotiate terms directly with customer counsel and procurement teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own redlines and draft language for various agreements, including MSAs and NDAs
- Negotiate directly with customer counsel and coordinate with internal stakeholders without legal intermediaries
- Maintain records of negotiation positions to streamline future discussions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience negotiating commercial technology agreements, particularly in enterprise SaaS
- Deep understanding of key contractual clauses that affect deal closure
- Proven ability to draft clauses that address commercial issues effectively
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing deals from start to finish
- JD or experience as a senior paralegal/contract manager
