Senior Contract Performance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Contract Performance Analyst will manage contractual guarantees for clients, collaborate on service performance metrics during RFP processes, and ensure data accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly finance accrual recommendations and support leaders in accrual meetings with Finance
• Maintain and enhance the team SharePoint site, ensuring data quality and tracking RFP/renewal deadlines
• Guide and train new analysts, fostering positive communication within the contract performance team

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in business administration, contract management, healthcare administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and cooperative interaction with colleagues
