Senior Contract Performance Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Contract Performance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring contract profitability and satisfaction, and overseeing service agreement obligations within the Gas Power sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers while owning customer communication and relationship management
- Oversee warranty and commercial considerations, developing outage scope and managing parts planning and orders
- Lead emergent outage matters to resolution and facilitate various outage planning meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College, or an Associate's degree/High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and/or Steam Power
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time at a site
