Job Summary

Senior Contract Recruiter, responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts in a full-time contract position, focusing on strategic sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process while maintaining accurate recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through advanced recruiting tools and strategies
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting
• Demonstrated success in candidate generation, pipeline management, and requisition fulfillment
