Senior Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, the full-time remote Senior Contract Recruiter will define and execute tailored search strategies, collaborate on market insights, and specialize in technical recruiting for commercial pharmaceutical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate search strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet specific job requirements
• Analyze industry trends and manage applicant flow to ensure timely review and advancement of candidates
• Facilitate candidate interviews and assist in the selection decision process while promoting a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, with expertise in using ATS systems
• Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment services and negotiating with outside search partners
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines with high accuracy
