Senior Contract SME II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract SME II to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and comprehensive SOWs, PWSs, and/or Task/Delivery Orders
• Perform market research and analyze pricing data to support procurement decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize service requirements and prepare contractual documents

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Federal contracting experience, with 10 years in construction or specialized services
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Certification in Legacy Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) II, III, or DAWIA
• Experience procuring supplies and services using FAR 15 Procedures is highly preferred
• Experience with formal source selection and price analysis techniques is highly preferred
