Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract SME II to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Write clear and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Task/Delivery Orders
Conduct market research and analyze relevant policies and regulations to support decision-making
Draft and prepare contractual documents and review procurement documents for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Federal contracting experience, with 10 years in construction or specialized service fields
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Certification: Legacy Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) II, III, or DAWIA, or FAC-C (Professional)
