Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior-Level Contract Specialist to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, award, and administer all contract types independently
Perform full "cradle-to-grave" acquisition functions, including pre-award, post-award, and contract termination/close-out
Review procurement requests for compliance with regulations and adequacy of supporting information

Required Qualifications

6 years of Federal Contracting Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Familiarity with FAR and VAAR based procurements
