Senior Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract SME II to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and/or Task/Delivery Orders
• Perform market research and analyze pricing data to support procurement decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize equipment and service requirements for strategic acquisition plans

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Federal contracting experience, with 10 years in construction or specialized services
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Certification: Legacy Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) II, III, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), or FAC-C (Professional)
