Senior Contract Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract SME II to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and comprehensive SOWs, PWSs, and/or Task/Delivery Orders
• Perform market research and analyze pricing data to support procurement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize service requirements and prepare contractual documents

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Federal contracting experience, with 10 years in construction or specialized service fields
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Certification in Federal Acquisition (FAC-C) II, III, or DAWIA, or FAC-C (Professional)
• At least two years of experience with FAR 15 Procedures for procurement
• Experience in formal source selection and price analysis techniques is highly preferred
