Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Strategist who will lead the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contracting expert for financial, pricing, and risk allocation terms
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape contracting strategy aligned with business objectives
Continuously improve the contract strategy framework and evaluate market trends for strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in legal or Business Studies
At least 5 years of experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree + Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA
7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
