Senior Contract Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced administrative management of complex supplier contracts, the full-time Senior Contract Support Analyst for Laboratory Instrumentation Services will work remotely, preferably within the EST/CST time zones, and will be responsible for managing client inquiries, preparing agreements, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to escalated client inquiries and ensure timely service delivery
• Prepare and manage contracts, renewals, and amendments for contracted services
• Review vendor performance and maintain accurate documentation and reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to analyze complex problems
• Experience with financial calculations and reporting
• Understanding of standard procedures and practices within the contract management function
