Senior Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Contracts Analyst to support their growing legal team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract life-cycle
• Draft, negotiate, analyze, review, and redline construction contracts and other commercial documents
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure seamless communication and advance team objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
• At least 5 years of experience, ideally within an in-house legal team
• Prior experience with construction-related contracts is required
• Highly skilled with utilizing a CLM such as Agiloft or IronClad
• Solid understanding of the contracting process, including drafting and interpreting contractual obligations
