Senior Contracts Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Contracts Associate will review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements related to clinical trials while collaborating closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure project deliverables align with timelines and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate agreements such as Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA)
• Lead interactions with internal study teams and external sites regarding contractual agreements
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files and databases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research setting
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements
• Experience in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with interactions involving European institutions
