Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager/Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, focusing on SaaS/cloud software sales agreements, DPAs, and BAAs
• Manage specific projects related to commercial contracting efforts
• Improve processes associated with contract management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience negotiating and redlining various contracts, particularly sales contracts
• Bar admission in any state is preferred but not required
• Experience with commercial contracting in a cloud computing context is beneficial
• Ability to work remotely and manage flexible assignments
• Experience in a legal environment, particularly with large national and international companies
