Senior Contracts Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Counsel to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Redline and edit contract language, suggest alternate terms, and adhere to contracts administration process
• Review and provide feedback on vendors' data privacy and data security language
• Facilitate terms negotiation process, manage pipeline of work, and administer contracts

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• 4+ years' experience in contract development, redlining, and negotiations
• Working knowledge of data privacy and security laws, and experience negotiating contractual language for said laws
• Experience in reviewing UK and US contracts desired
• Proven ability to interpret complex policies and legal language, and assess business risk
