Key Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor contracting process, including reviewing and negotiating legal terms in various agreements

• Work with legal counsel on contract matters related to AI and data usage, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
• Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts
• Familiarity with AI vendor negotiations and the legal considerations involved
• Ability to draft clear and concise documents and policies
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, evolving environment
