Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contracts - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in managing supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (T&C) for supply chain operations
• Ensure reviews of supplier/subcontractor deviations to T&Cs for various contract types
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on T&C issues and provide guidance on governance procedural requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of contracts management experience
• Knowledge of various contracting forms and terms relevant to procurements
• Project-related experience in the fossil or nuclear power plant market preferred
• Hands-on procurement project management and major contract negotiation experience in the power market desired
