Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract management and compliance in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and support to stakeholders on assigned projects
• Draft, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contracts for suppliers
• Analyze contract performance and prepare detailed reports to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7-10 years of experience
• Alternatively, 13 years of contract administration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of compliance and company policies related to contracts
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contractual agreements
• Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
