Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support the Navy & Marine Corps IT Business Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between the company and Government contracts personnel
• Provide oversight and evaluation of major proposals, monitor contracts, and lead negotiations
• Develop and review prime contract flow down documents to ensure compliance and minimize liability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Government contracting, including various contract types (e.g., FP, T&M, CPAF)
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be a US Citizen and possess (or be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in complex terms and conditions
