Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their Legal team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of various commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor agreements
• Draft, review, negotiate contract terms, and act as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries
• Develop and improve contract templates and workflows to enhance efficiency in the contracting process

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contracts management or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, particularly in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of SaaS contract concepts, including subscription models and data processing agreements
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
• Ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently
