Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager responsible for leading all phases of contracting and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process, including document creation and stakeholder collaboration
• Conduct bid reviews and present analysis with recommendations for contract awards
• Lead negotiations and ensure alignment of contracting strategies with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of solar or related experience
• Working knowledge of EPC contracts, preferably in utility scale solar
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in vendor negotiations and managing stakeholder communications
