Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy for study contracting and budgeting, ensuring budget integrity and contract alignment
• Act as subject matter expert for Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs) and coordinate review cycles and approvals
• Drive process improvement initiatives and establish standards for budgets and CSAs across the organization

Required Qualifications

• University degree in medical or biological sciences or a related clinical research discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 2 years in operational strategy
• Extensive knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements and study management processes
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven project management skills with proficiency in standard project tools and IT systems
